OCRD Welcomes Eight New TAs in the Third Quarter!

On Friday, December 20th, 2024, we held a welcome meeting for eight new TAs of second semester. At the meeting, Professor Jeffrey S. Cross, the project leader of OCRD, first explained the duties of OCRD TA, the course development workflow, TA work guidelines, and the role of TAs. After that, we held a brainstorming session as a small activity. In this session, new and seiner TAs discussed ideas on how to improve the TA training materials that they had previously learned beforehand. The TAs came up with ideas such as adding quizzes to the training materials and having new and seiner TAs work together on mini-projects to share and co-create knowledge. The new TAs will be assigned and start working at OCRD in January 2025.
