On July 28th, 2022, Mr. Hiroki Ohsawa joined the last class of Tokyo Tech “Special lecture: Introduction to online course video creation". In this class, students were presenting their final video group project. The theme of the video is an educational video with a duration of 3-5 minutes.
Starting with the first group with the video title “How to make a Portfolio”, students created an informative video style with a good text animation and sound effects. They also did the video shooting with a green screen like a professional!
The video title of the second group was “How to make a no-bake Oreo cheesecake”. Students created a cooking video style. The step-by-step explanation is very easy to follow and understand. The background music also matches the video and makes a relaxed atmosphere while watching it.
The third group presented a very informative video titled “History of Tokyo Tech”. The camera angle was very professional. The fact that they only used the iPhone to shoot all of the scenes has made their work even more amazing!
Finally, the last group introduced their science-explanation video of the “Self-healing concrete”. The topic might seem serious but they could explain it clearly with a nice animation. Humor was also inserted to make the atmosphere more relaxed. They also did the video shooting with a very creative way of setting up the tripod!
Even though there is a limited amount of time and equipment, every group has created fantastic and excellent work which was very difficult for the course instructors to select the best video for this class. The decision has been made and the best video was…
“How to make a Portfolio”
Congratulations!
